Wilmington Manor's district encompasses a radius of 15.2 square miles. Additionally, the members and Officers of Wilmington Manor assist neighboring fire companies which include Christiana (Stations 3,6,12), Delaware City (Station 15), Goodwill (Station 18), Holloway Terrace (Station 20), Minquadale (Station 22) and Minquas (Station 23).

Station 28 is responsible for all businesses along Route 13 between Interstate 295 and Hares Corner.  In addition, communities such as Penn Acres, Wilmington Manor, Hampton Walk Apartments, Leedem Estates and Chelsea Estates are also included within the district.

Station 32 is responsible for all businesses along Route 13 between Hares Corner and Tybouts Corner. Some of the communities included within its district are Midvale, Llangollen, Chadwyck, Mallord Pointe, Castle Brook Apartments, Pine Valley Apartments, Galloway Court Apartments, Willow Chase Apartments, and Monterey Farms.
