Talbot Road House Fire
Dec 11, 2021
About 22:00 Wilmington Manor and Mutual Aid Companies were dispatched for the house fire in the 100 block of Talbot Drive in Chelsea Estates. Wilmington Manor Units staffed with members from Indian River Fire Company and A15 from station 28 responded. Units arrived to find fire showing from the rear of the house. Units cleared just after midnight. The State Fire Marshal is investigating.
Annual Banquet

This evening we held our annual banquet to recognize our members and career staff. We would like to congratulate all the award recipients for the evening. We would also like to thank the Indian River Fire Company and Delaware City Fire Company for covering our district so we could celebrate. We greatly appreciated it.

Smoke Showing from 1st Due House Fire
May 13, 2020
Just before 15:00hrs units were dispatched to the 200 block of W Roosevelt ave in the Wilmington Manor community for a reported house on fire with possibly 2 people trapped. Crews arrived to find a 2 story single family dwelling with smoke showing from the 1st and 2nd floor. E33 and E28 advanced a handline through the alpha side and located a basement fire. Searches turned out to be negative
